Property Photos and Floor Plans

Typically photos and floor plans will be added as part of the property onboarding workflow when setting up the listing details, either manually or with the help of Street AI. However you can always go back and add further photos or make edits as needed.

To get started, head to the property page and click 'edit' (at the top right) > edit property. From here, click the 'photos' tab on the left hand side.

Adding Property Photos

If you are onboarding the property, and there are no photos currently added, you will see the option to add photos manually or using Street AI. For more information on using Street AI, see this help article.

If you need to add additional photos you can click 'add more photos' at the top right. From here simply upload the photos from your desktop.

Note - Property photos have a 100 megapixel limit (10,000 Γ— 10,000) and a file size limit of 20mb.

Editing Property Photos

Firstly by clicking the AI Photo Editing button (or by clicking on an individual photo) you can use Street AI to enhance the photo, using quick prompts such as replacing the sky, removing bins and digital staging as well as custom prompts.

Note - To access the AI Photo Editing option you will need a role with the permission 'Allow user to use photo enhancer' permission enabled. For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

For more information, see our Street AI Photo Editor help article.

Should you want to save enhanced photos, go back to the property page and click on the main property photo and then click the 'cloud' download icon at the bottom right of the photo.

Photos will initially be ordered in the order they were uploaded however you can change the order by dragging and dropping each photo. The first four photos will have a star symbol at the top left and will be marked as the property's Featured Photos, to display on the portals.

Underneath each photo you have the option of giving the photo a title which will on the portals show when viewing each photo as well as when selecting photos to add to rooms.

From here you also have the option of deleting a photo by clicking the bin or hiding the photo using the eye icon. Hiding a photo will prevent it from showing on the portals, but saves you deleting it altogether, and will become greyed out in Street, confirming it's hidden.

To unhide an image, just click the same eye icon and the photo will lose the grey overlay and be shown in the listing again.

Adding Floor Plans

As with photos, if you are onboarding the property you can use Street AI when adding the floor plans to automatically detect rooms and dimensions. However if you are looking to manually add a floor plan, click the 'floor plans' option under the photos section of edit property.

From here you'll see any existing floor plans which you can edit or delete by clicking the 'edit the existing uploads' text.

To add a new floor plan, click the upload button and select your floor plan file. You'll be able to select the area that the floor plan relates to, ie first floor only or the whole building, and optionally give it a name which will show on the portals.

Note - Floor plans have a 100 megapixel limit (10,000 Γ— 10,000) and a file size limit of 10mb.

Tip! You can then upload multiple floor plans if the property is split into different floor plans. You can do this in the same way you add the first floor plan and can change the order of the floor plans by dragging and dropping them.
