Photo & Measure appointments in Street
As with viewings and valuations, you can book in photo and measure appointments for a property which can then be conducted via the Street Agent app.
Booking a Photo & Measure appointment
To get started, head to the property page and click Create > Photo / Measure:
From this page you can see the weather for the coming week, giving you a quick overview of what days may be most suitable for the best pictures, as well as the slots available for booking.
As with viewings and valuations, you can either use the Quick Book View to select from the available slots or Calendar View to manually select a date/time for the appointment:

If you opt for Quick Book, select the time slot that works best and click Confirm Booking:
Calendar
If you choose to book via calendar view, you can select the date and time from the calendar on screen and click save to proceed. You can also search for any agent in your network that has the 'Photo & Measure' option checked in their user management page using the 'agent search' field on the right hand side, should you want to book the appointment with someone that doesn't show by default:
Vendor notifications
Once the booking has been confirmed on the agent side, the owner will get an email confirming the appointment. This notification is called 'Photo & Measure Booked' and the content can be changed as well as the notification being toggled on/off.

Once booked, the vendor can login to their Street account via browser and manage their appointment, either rearranging or cancelling if required:
Note - Currently vendors will not be able to manage photo and measure appointments via the Street Consumer App.
Cancelling / rearranging
Should you need to cancel or rearrange a photo and measure appointment, head to the property page and scroll down until you find the Photo & Measure Booking tile on the right hand side:
Clicking rearrange will take you back to the booking page letting you select a new date/time and clicking cancel will show an on screen prompt to confirm the cancellation.
Either of these actions will send an automated notification to the vendor informing them of the change. These notifications are called 'Photo & Measure Cancelled / Rearranged' and the content can be changed as well as the notification being toggled on/off.

Conducting the appointment
The attending agent can conduct the appointment via the Street Agent app, adding the relevant details of the property including photos, rooms, outside spaces, key features and descriptions. This information will then be saved on the main platform to save you from having to enter everything from scratch when you come to onboard the property.
