AML Reporting in Street

Within the reporting section of your Street account is the AML Overview report, which gives you an overview of which checks have been submitted and which are outstanding.

This report works for both the Landmark and Smart Compliance AML integrations.

Note - AML Reporting is currently only available for Sales properties and cannot be used to track Lettings property's AML.

To access this report, head to Reporting (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > AML Overview.

This table will display a list of every address where an AML check can or has been submitted, giving a breakdown of the vendor and their check statuses as well as the applicant's check status (should there be a sale agreed).

You can filter by branch, property status and date range as well as being able to search by address if you're looking for a specific property. In addition, you can click the 'export to CSV' button to export the AML report.

Note - To access the export option you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.
