Biography for Valuation Reports

Your valuation report is often the first deep dive a client takes into your brand. Adding a personal touch helps build rapport before you even step through the door.

You can personalize your profile with a professional headshot, your job title, and a short biography that will appear directly on your Valuation Reports.

How to Update Your Profile

Depending on your permission level, there are two ways to edit these details.

For Individual Users - Head to Settings (left side panel, at the bottom) > My Settings > Profile.

For Admins - To edit another team member's details, go to Settings > Admin > User Management and select the specific user you wish to edit.

Note - To access the User Management settings you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to manage users' enabled.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

Profile Details

Within the Profile section, you can customise your job title, biography and profile image.

Tip! Updating your photo here will also update the Profile Icon in the top-right corner of your Street account.

Best Practices for Your Biography

The biography appears in the centre of the valuation report alongside essential appraisal data. To ensure the client stays focused on the most important information, we recommend keeping it concise and making it personal for example mentioning your years of experience in the industry alongside a "fun fact" or local insight to break the ice.

Once saved, this information will display on the valuation report your client receives.

Once saved, you can edit this in your own Settings under 'Profile'.
