Locating a valuation
You can find a valuation from your calendar page by clicking the appointment then "view valuation", or you can find the it from the valuation table in the upcoming or awaiting research tabs, or from the property page by scrolling down and finding the valuation card on the right hand side and clicking 'view valuation'.
Re-arranging a Valuation Appointment
Note - it is only possible to re-arrange a valuation if the date/time for the valuation hasn't already passed. If it has, you will need to note on that valuation you will be making a new valuation booking.
From the valuation page, scroll down and look for the 'rearrange' button.
This will take you back to the 'book a date and timeslot' page, allowing you to select a new date and time. You can also use this method to change the user that will be conducting the valuation.
It's also possible to re-arrange a valuation directly from the calendar page by clicking the event and then clicking the pencil icon.
Note - Re-arranging a valuation will send an email to the owner/s. This notification is called 'valuation re-arranged' which can be toggled on/off and the content of the notification can also be edited.

Cancelling a valuation appointment
Cancelling a valuation appointment is done in the same way as re-arranging, from the valuation page itself by clicking 'cancel booking':
You will need to enter a reason to confirm the cancellation, which will be stored in the valuation activity stream.
Note - Cancelling a valuation will send an email to the owner/s. This notification is called 'valuation cancelled' which can be toggled on/off and the content of the notification can also be edited.
