This article guides you where to set individual user availability and when it will impact Street.

Within individual user profiles you can setup each user's availability. This determines how their availability will display on the calendar when booking an appointment as well as their availability for the online valuation bookings and online viewing bookings, if you have these set up for your network.

Setting Up Individual User Availability

Individual user availability can be setup by the user themself or by a branch / company admin.

User setting their own availability

For a user to setup their own availability, head to settings (left side panel at the bottom) > My Settings > Profile > Availability.

For an admin to setup a user's availability, head to settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Account Administration > User Management > Select the user > Availability.

In the user availability page you have the option of setting up the what type of rota you work on, for example if your working hours vary per rota, as well as the start and end time for each individual day of the week, meaning your diary will be intelligently managed by Street. Once this is saved, the calendar page when booking an appointment will reflect the changes, clearly showing when you are available.

As an example, John Postman's availability on Monday's is 8am - 5.30pm while Susan Viewer's is 9am - 1.30pm.

When booking a viewing, we can see that John is available from 8am but Susan is unavailable and is blocked out in red.
