Within your branch appointment settings you can setup your branch opening hours. This lets people know what times the agency is available for appointments and, alongside User Availability, determines how availability for the online valuation bookings and online viewing bookings work if you have these set up.

To get started, head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Branch Settings > Appointments > Availability.
Note - You will need to be a Branch or Company Admin to access the branch appointment settings.
Appointment Settings
From the Appointment Settings tab you can set the default duration for photo and measure appointments when booking from your Street calendar.
Note - This is just the default duration and each photo and measure appointment can have it's duration manually adjusted when booking it in.
Availability
From the availability tab you have the option of setting up the opening and closing times of your branch, individually for each day of the week.
The times entered here will be used to determine what times viewings can be booked online (if you have online bookings enabled) alongside individual user and property viewing settings.
