Tips for managing your account
š” Find a few quick tips below to best manage and navigate your account:
Tip 1: Use the "Quick Navigation" toolbar toward the bottom of the home screen to navigate to tools including the Campaign Manager, Media Manager, Asset Manager, Report Manager, Map Manager and to quickly create a campaign.
Tip 2: Everything listed in the "Quick Navigation" toolbar is also located in the side toolbar.
Tip 3: Should you need any help or have any questions regarding any of the manager tools within the platform, check out the Help Center guides or reach out to your Customer Solution Manager.

š” Common questions and things to know when managing your StreetMetrics account
Which browsers are best for StreetMetrics' platform?
Google Chrome and Firefox will provide the best experiences while using StreetMetrics. We recommend staying away from common default browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Edge, and Safari, as they may cause performance issues.
It's important to make sure the browser is on the latest version for optimal rendering.
Troubleshooting: StreetMetrics Web-App
When using the StreetMetrics web-app, operators may run into performance issues that could prevent them from having a seamless analytics experience. Weāve provided a few troubleshooting tips that they can test out if they run into any technical issues while using StreetMetrics.
For general troubleshooting
Clear the cache and cookies of the browser.
Click "Control/Command R" to refresh a page if something isn't loading.
Test to see if the issue persists in an incognito window or other browsers.
If StreetMetrics is being slow
Refresh the page of your browser. (command/control R)
Log out and log into a StreetMetrics account.
Make sure the browser is updated to the latest version.
Clear the cache and cookies of the browser.
Log into StreetMetrics with another browser.
Connect the computer to another network; this will rule out any network issues that could be causing the slowness.

If your data appears to be missing
Check to see if there are any filters applied to the StreetMetrics account.
Data could appear to be missing depending on the Visibility settings that the Admin User has set up for the StreetMetrics company account. Reach out to an Admin User to see what Visibility settings are applied.
Clear the cache and cookies of the browser.
Check to see if any browser extensions are interacting with StreetMetrics. Log into StreetMetrics with an incognito window to see if one of the extensions is causing issues.

Can StreetMetrics be used offline?
No, StreetMetrics doesn't have a separate desktop app. The platform can only be accessed online using a web browser.
