Bulk update your Warehouse inventory.

Background

For customers that perform physical counts of warehouse inventory material, use this process to update your data in StructShare quickly and easily!

Things to Consider

Steps

1. Download Excel

2. Update the exported file with the new information and save

3. Upload Items > Update Existing Items

4. Choose Warehouse Location & Map Record ID

5. Map any of the other data points available for update (In Stock, Expected Price, Price per Day, Location)

6. Select “Ignore First Row” to hide any non-data column headers

7. Click the blue “Update xx Rows” button at the bottom
