Background
StructShare empowers your contractors to standardize and streamline their purchasing, procurement, and material management processes. Specialty Contractors will leverage the StructShare system to collect field requests, generate purchase orders, and also request quotes from suppliers and vendors like yourself.
All items in StructShare will create a unique chat module that customers can use to communicate with you. Use this chat feature to clarify orders, ask questions about specification, and more!
Chat with your customers:
Your customers will be able to send you chat messages against the orders and requests they make in StructShare. You will receive an email when they send out a chat message.
In the email, you will see the message, who sent it to you, what project it pertains to, and details about the order
To reply, click on the ‘Reply Now’ button to be taken to a secure StructShare page. No login is require to send a reply!
Enter your response and click ‘Send Message’. This will automatically notify your customer.
