StructShare is a cloud-base purchasing platform that empowers contractors to better manage their materials and inventory, and leverage powerful tools to streamline purchasing operations and collect valuable data!
Fortunately, StructShare can offer you value too! Our platform can facilitate more effective communication between you and your customer, while streamlining various workflows including requesting quotes, placing orders, submitting invoices, and more.
This article will showcase the touch-points between the StructShare system and your team. It will be broken by the sections highlighted under ‘Sections’.

Submitting Contractor Quotes:
1. Customers may send you a request to quote materials through StructShare. The email will look like this: (Note: A PDF version of the RFQ will also be attached to the email)
2. After selecting to reply, you will land on the following screen. Here, please enter your unit prices, attach your quote PDF, add notes, and provide lead time information
3. Once all relevant information has been inputted, please press ‘Send Quote’
4. Once quote is successfully sent you will see this confirmation screen:
5. The customer may communicate with you further in regards to any questions about the quote. You will receive an email with information if your quote is converted into a Purchase Order.
Purchase Order Management:
1. Once your customer generates your PO, you will receive the following email. This email will include a PDF copy of the order and customer attachments
2. Select to ‘Confirm’ or ‘Reject’ the Order
3. Add any necessary messages and attachments
Chatting with Contractors:
1. Your customer may send you chat communications via StructShare. Note that the PO# associated with the message is shown in the subject line
Sending Contactor Invoices:
In order to send an invoice to your contractor customer, please make sure that you have the right StructShare Invoice Email Address.
Should an invoice get rejected by the customer, you may receive an email that looks like the one below. In this email, there will be a reason for rejection, comments about the situation, and an attachment should the contractor decide to send one.
