Background
If you find yourself unsure of how to do something in StructShare, or it isn’t working as you’d expect you can reach out to our Support team via Live Chat directly within the StructShare website. This article will show you where to start that chat and how to get in touch with Support.

StructShare Support is available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:30pm (EST)

How to start a Live Chat from StructShare website
From the StructShare website, you will see a Chat icon on the lower left corner of the page
Click on the Chat icon, then you can select ‘Send us a message’ to start the live chat!
You can click the X top right of the chat window at any time to hide the chat, but feel free to come back into the chat anytime if you have additional questions as you go.
How to start a Live Chat from Mobile App
Click on the 3 lines top left of the screen to bring out additional options
Select 'Support Chat' bottom left of the screen
Select 'Send us a message' to start the chat!
