Objective
In order to improve your security, we have added the ability for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via email.
Background
For added security in the StructShare system your company can request to have MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) enabled at the company level. Users will then be required to add an additional level of security to their login process.
Things to Consider
Must be enabled by your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support
Every user within your company will be required to set this up if it is enabled.
Steps:
StructShare Sign-In Verification Code
When the account is enabled with MFA and a user enters the username and password, the system will send a 6-digit verification code to the user's registered email address.
The email subject will read “StructShare Sign-In Verification Code”.
