Objective

In order to improve your security, we have added the ability for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via email.

Background

For added security in the StructShare system your company can request to have MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) enabled at the company level. Users will then be required to add an additional level of security to their login process.

Things to Consider

  • Must be enabled by your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support

  • Every user within your company will be required to set this up if it is enabled.

Steps:

  • StructShare Sign-In Verification Code

  1. When the account is enabled with MFA and a user enters the username and password, the system will send a 6-digit verification code to the user's registered email address.

  2. The email subject will read “StructShare Sign-In Verification Code”.
