Once the Statement of Work (SoW) has been created and signed, including an invoicing schedule based on the project timelines and fees, you will be able to invoice StudioSpace with the pre-agreed amount and invoicing date.

To invoice StudioSpace, you will need to log-in to https://beta.studiospace.com/

If not already entered, please make sure your bank account details and regional tax rate have been entered within “Details” → “Edit details → ”Financial details”.

For invoicing at the contractual invoice schedules, go to your project and click the “Invoicing” tab and then click on the invoice you want to issue by clicking the “Save & Send” button. You will get paid +14 days of project completion once the invoice has been submitted (as long as client has confirmed if it's at the end of the project).
