A subtitle project that has already been generated cannot be converted into an AI meeting summary project.
Likewise, an AI meeting summary project that has already been generated cannot be converted directly into a subtitle project.
To get a different project type from the same video, create a new project — you do not need to upload the video again. Your media stays available under Cloud Resources (choose From Cloud Files when creating a project), so you can start the new project directly from there. This also applies to videos originally imported from a YouTube link: there is no need to paste the link again, and no second download wait.
Please note that upload minutes are deducted again for the new project, since it is transcribed separately.
