The "Invalid issued at time" error usually happens because the time your login token was issued doesn't match the time the system uses to verify it (common causes include an incorrect device clock, or a stale cached login state). In most cases, syncing your device's time lets you log in normally again:
Windows:
In the Windows "Settings" menu > select "Time & language" > "Date & time", and turn on "Set time automatically"
Under the additional settings in "Date & time", click "Sync now"
Mac:
On your Mac, choose the Apple menu > "System Settings", click "General" in the sidebar, then click "Date & Time" on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)
Turn on "Set date and time automatically", click "Set", then enter the network time server for your region.
Turn on "Set time zone automatically using your current location".
Once your device's date and time are in sync with the actual time, please close and reopen your browser, then check whether you can log in again. Note that the first login afterward may take a little while.
If you still can't log in after updating your device's time, you can try:
Logging in again in an incognito / private browsing window
Temporarily disabling any VPN or Proxy and trying again
Logging in with a different browser or a different network (for example, a phone hotspot)
Also, to quickly confirm whether your device's time is correct, please open the following website on the same device:
https://time.is/
Then take a screenshot of the result (for example, "Your time is exact" or the time offset shown) and send it to us.
We'll also check the time and related logs on our server side, and help you get logged in again as soon as possible.
