We've noticed that when a computer's date and time settings are out of sync, it can affect the network connection and may also cause login problems.
We think it's worth checking the following settings on your computer:
Windows:
Could not display content
Could not display content
Mac:
Could not display content
Could not display content
Could not display content
Once your device's date and time are synced with the actual time, close and reopen your browser, then check whether you can log in again. Note that the first login attempt afterwards may take a little while.
If you still can't log in after updating your device time, you can try the following:
Log in again in an incognito / private browsing window
Temporarily disable any VPN or proxy, then try again
Log in with a different browser or a different network (for example, a phone hotspot)
Also, to quickly confirm whether your device time is correct, open the following website on the same device:
https://time.is/
Then take a screenshot of the result (for example, "Your time is exact" or the time offset shown) and send it to us.
In the meantime, we'll also check the time and related logs on the server side and help you get logged back in as soon as possible.
