In most cases, your uploaded content is transcribed within a few minutes to 30 minutes.
If the wait is longer than usual, it may be because our system is running 2 transcription passes to give your content a higher-quality result, which can take more time to complete.
Also, if your uploaded file is long (over 1 hour) or large (over 3 GB), transcription may take more time.
After a successful upload, you can check your video's transcription progress under Status in the project list. While you wait, unless it shows an Error status, your video is still in the transcription process and you can safely wait for it to finish.
Transcription runs in the Subanana system, so you can close or hide the page at any time — this will not affect the AI's transcription work. Once the AI finishes transcribing, you will be able to view and edit the subtitles and download the subtitle files.
