If you no longer need a project, follow these steps to delete its uploaded and generated content:
Open the [All projects] page from the left-side menu; it lists all of your projects.
Move your cursor over the project you want to delete and click its more options ([...]) button.
Choose [Delete] from the menu, then click [Delete] again in the "Delete project?" confirmation dialog to confirm.
Please note! Once a project is deleted:
The audio/video files uploaded to that project are deleted and can no longer be accessed.
All transcription and subtitle content generated in that project is deleted along with it and can no longer be accessed.
This action takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Even if you have not deleted your account, individual videos or projects you've deleted cannot be restored for you, so before deleting, please make sure you no longer need the content or have already downloaded a backup.
