How to Set Up State Tax Credits

​Follow the steps below to set up state tax credits. State tax credits automatically apply to proposals if the homeowner’s address matches the state.


Step 1: From the main menu, click “ManageDatabase” and go to "Database".


Step 2: Open the “Additional” dropdown and select “State Tax Credits”.


Step 3: Click “+Add” to add a new state tax credit.


Step 4: Input the tax credit name and select the state where it applies. Choose the job type and price type- flat or percentage. Input the price and set a maximum redeemable amount for the incentive. Click “+ Add” to save.
