Admins can edit permissions for a user profile and allow the user profile to edit actual utility rates when filling out a customer’s consumption profile. If the setting is not enabled, they will not be able to edit the actual utility rate data. Follow the steps below to adjust this setting.
Step 1: From the main menu, go to “Users & Roles" and click "User Profiles”.
Step 2: Find the user profile to which you want to give edit access for actual utility rates and click the eye icon to view the user profile’s details.
Step 3: Click “Customers” on the left-hand side.
Step 4: Enable “Edit Actual Utility Rate” as shown in the image below.
Step 5: Once enabled, actual utility rates can be edited from the consumption profile.
