The new updates across Admin, Sales Velocity, Finance, and Project Management make everyday workflows easier, clearer, and more connected. These updates are designed to give teams better control, improve proposal accuracy, simplify finance steps, and support faster collaboration inside projects. Here’s a quick look at what’s new and how each update helps users work more smoothly in SubcontractorHub.
Admin Updates for Smarter Platform Management
In Document Manager, the incentive field is now available under document triggers. When an incentive is selected in a proposal, the related incentive form will be triggered for that proposal. Organizations can also create, copy, and revoke API keys once the setting is enabled by the Customer Experience Manager. Each organization can create up to five API keys. In roofing proposals, users can also add flat area and pitched area details in the BOM formula.
While adding an incentive plan, users can choose whether the plan should be visible to specific offices or sales organizations. Additionally, the domestic content toggle is also now available on the proposal details page, making it easier to view and manage domestic content information directly from the proposal.
Sales Velocity Features for Faster, Cleaner Sales Process
The Savings History button is now available across SubHub AI Utility proposals. SubHub AI Utility users can also use the Switch to Standard Savings button to move from the SubHub AI Utility provider to Arcadia utility providers. For Solarfax utility providers, rate modifiers are now visible in the consumption profile inside the proposal. Since some utility providers use rate modifiers to adjust bills and savings, this helps users get more accurate savings calculations. In project detail notes, users can now notify everyone at once by using @all, instead of mentioning only one person.
Concert Propel and Concert Loan have been added to the integrated finance list, so losses can be connected to the correct financing type. Public proposal comparison has also been improved for manual entry of finances. When multiple quotes are created and only one is finalized, the unfinalized quotes can still be added to the public proposal for comparison, as long as all quotes are from the same lender.
Finance Features for Clearer Finance Workflows
Proposals using Financeit will now show the full finance information in the public proposal. The public proposal also includes a URL that customers can use to qualify themselves. Once the customer completes the qualification, the “Go to Lender Portal” button will be removed from the public proposal. If the details entered by the customer in Financeit do not match the details in the SCH database, an alert banner will appear on the proposal, and the salesperson can use the provided URL to take the required action. For Aven, the “Get Prequalified Offers” button will now require all customer information, instead of only FICO details, for prequalification. In Concert Propel, change order data will not be sent to the Concert admin. Instead, an alert banner with a “View Details” button will appear. Clicking the button will show the mismatching information, which the salesperson will need to document manually. For Enfin integrated finance, when a new proposal is created after a change order, it will show the original Enfin finance card from the parent proposal. This card is only for reference and visibility. Users cannot take any action from it. Lastly, the proposal includes a Sync Title button for IGS Solar financed projects. This supports title verification, which checks the name and address details linked to a project. If any title information changes after verification on the IGS Solar side, users can use the Sync Title button to update and reflect the latest information under title verification.
Project Management Updates for Better Collaboration for Faster Project Execution
In Project Service Requests, users can now use mentions in notes to assign specific notes to specific users. Work order notification emails can be sent using the “SCH Send an Offer” button on the proposal. These emails will go to the email addresses set by the customer experience manager. A Log In button has also been added to the customer portal information section on the project details page. Lastly, Arrivy form URLs will now appear inside the SubcontractorHub interface. This helps teams access and open the right form links more easily, so customers can be redirected without extra manual searching or follow-up.
These updates are focused on making the platform easier to manage, faster to use, and more helpful for teams across different workflows. From better admin control to clearer finance visibility and improved project communication, each update helps users complete their work with more confidence and fewer manual steps.
