August 4th 2026 Releases

The latest SubcontractorHub updates make it easier to manage documents, database information, connected workflows and proposal details. These improvements give teams more control over everyday setup, reduce repeated work and provide clearer information throughout sales, financing and project workflows.

Here is a quick look at what is new.

Admin Updates for More Flexible Workflow Management

Concert Propel for SubHub Sign Document Triggers adds Concert Propel as a selectable finance type when setting up SubHub Sign document triggers. This option is available for all document types, helping teams send the appropriate documents for Concert Propel financing workflows. Existing Roof Types in Sales Velocity also carries roof types added to the database into Sales Velocity, keeping roofing options consistent between admin setup and proposal creation.

Data Wizard Adder Export and Import allows admins to download existing adders based on the selected category and territories. After making the necessary updates, the downloaded file can be imported back into SubcontractorHub, making bulk adder management easier. Temporary User Deactivation lets admins disable a user temporarily instead of deleting their information, allowing the details to be retained and used with another organization when needed.

Arrivy Task Automations allow admins to create automated Arrivy tasks for projects across all job types. Once Arrivy is connected, teams can select the trigger and configure task details such as the title, description, start time and duration. Adder Sales Commission Visibility adds a setting that controls whether the Sales Commission Type and Sales Commission columns appear in proposal details and the adder module.

Centralized Webhook Activity brings webhook records together in one location with filters for organizations, statuses, dates and triggers. Webhook activity is also available within proposal and project details, giving teams a clearer view of connected actions. Adder Availability by Proposal Type lets admins decide whether an adder is available for new proposals, change orders or both. This option applies to solar, roofing and battery adders.

Sunrgy Supplier Integration adds Sunrgy as a supplier option for BOM templates. Organizations can request access and, once the integration is completed, select Sunrgy from the supplier list while building BOM templates.

Sales Velocity Updates for Clearer Proposal Workflows

HDM Equipment Mapping supports mapped information for panels, inverters, batteries and racking manufacturers. Sales reps can access this equipment information through the HDM tab inside the proposal, helping them work with more consistent product data.

IGS Recheck Enforcement Banner alerts users when recheck verification has not been completed because a valid Recheck ID could not be found. When enforcement is enabled, the banner clearly identifies the missing verification so users know it must be addressed.

Finance Updates for Smoother Qualification and Pricing

Financeit Multi-User Credentials allow additional users to connect their own Financeit credentials after the admin has logged in. Depending on their permissions, connected users can update information on the Financeit card. Users without connected credentials will see a banner with an option to complete the connection.

Aven Address Eligibility Check checks whether a customer’s address is supported when the Aven financing tab is opened. Unsupported addresses display a message, while supported addresses can continue through the standard financing workflow.

Concert Propel Net System Cost Display simplifies the cost summary shown in public proposals using Concert Propel. Instead of displaying the standard itemized cost breakdown, the proposal shows the Net System Cost.

LightReach Effective PPW Redline Indicator makes proposal pricing easier to evaluate by visually comparing the effective PPW with the redline price. Amounts that meet or exceed the redline, including add-on PPW, appear in green, while amounts below the target appear in red.

Project Management Updates for Connected Service Maintenance

Arrivy Tasks for Service Maintenance adds an “Is Arrivy” checkbox when creating a service maintenance task. When selected, the task is also created in the Arrivy portal, helping teams keep maintenance scheduling connected across both platforms.

These updates make it easier to manage platform settings, coordinate connected tools and keep information consistent from proposal setup through project execution. With clearer controls and fewer repeated steps, teams can spend less time managing workarounds and more time moving each job forward.
