If a sales rep is unable to complete a design in self-design mode, they can switch to request design mode instead. The request design flow must be enabled for their organization to do this. Follow the steps to switch to the request design flow.
Step 1: Create a proposal selecting “Self-Design” as the design tool.
Step 2: Fill out the consumption profile and click “Start Design”.
Step 3: Click “Run AI Design”.
Step 4: Click “Save”.
Step 5: Click “Re-Request Design”.
Step 6: Select the designer, enter a comment and click “Update”.
Step 7: The design flow will change to the request design flow, showing the design stage and designer details.
