From sharper project filters to powerful finance integrations, this update is all about giving you speed, flexibility, and control. Whether you’re managing proposals, juggling change orders, or tracking automations, everything just got easier.
Let’s dive in.
Sales reps can now move straight to project submission after finalizing Sunlight finance options, no SCH welcome call needed. Sunlight has its own customer welcome call process, so you can cut one step and save time.
Filters just leveled up. Instead of being limited to the “AND” condition, you can now apply both AND and OR logic. That means more flexible ways to narrow down your project list and find exactly what you need.
When working on change orders (roofing and solar jobs), sales reps can now use the Change Design Tool as long as financing hasn’t been finalized and the original proposal was CWDS. More power to adjust designs without starting over.
Change orders are now supported with or without finance at the project level. This makes handling customer revisions much simpler and more aligned with real-world workflows.
Never miss a failed automation again. If one breaks, an email notification is automatically sent to both the org admin and the automation creator.
A new Closed Won Document Sign field has been added to automations. Plus, two new triggers — When Welcome Call Completed and When Perfect Packet Completed — give you more ways to keep workflows humming.
Concert Finance’s “Pended” status has been re-labeled as Approved with Stipulations. This gives sales reps and customers a clearer view of where financing stands.
Superadmins can now enable access for any org to edit fields directly within ‘project’ type reports. No more back-and-forth—make updates instantly, right where you’re working.
Admins can create smarter Perfect Packet forms by setting fields that appear only when certain conditions are met. For example, a follow-up field will show if the answer is “Yes,” and remain hidden if the answer is “No.”
Sales reps can now order, sync, and attach EagleView designs directly inside SubcontractorHub. Just connect your EagleView account, create an order, and once complete, the design flows seamlessly into your proposal.
A new finance partner field is now available in both Project and Proposal automations, giving you more flexibility in managing finance workflows.
We’ve expanded automation triggers to include change orders. Trigger conditions—created, voided, and completed—are now available to help you automate downstream actions with precision.
After qualifying Concert Finance in a proposal, the credit expiration date will now be visible. Once the proposal is converted to a project, that value automatically carries forward for consistent tracking.
