Utility data is pulled automatically from the data source into the consumption profile when creating proposals. The data source is set up by your customer experience manager. If you have recently requested a switch from SolarFax to Arcadia, you will need to switch data sources within the proposals you’re building as well. Follow the steps below to switch data sources within a proposal.
Step 1: From your proposal, click “Switch To Standard Savings”.
Step 2: Enter a brief description of your reason for switching, then click “Yes”.
