Admins can control whether recipients navigate through required fields only or through both required and optional fields in SubHub Sign. The "Enable Subhub Sign Optional Fields" setting determines whether optional fields appear in the signing navigation bar.
When this setting is enabled, recipients can move through optional fields as part of the document signing flow. When it is disabled, navigation will focus only on required fields.
Follow the steps below to enable optional fields in SubHub Sign navigation.
Step 1: Go to "Settings."
Step 2: Select "Public Proposal."
Step 3: Click the "Edit" button.
Step 4: Scroll down and toggle "Enable Subhub Sign Optional Fields" on.
Step 5: Scroll up and click "Update."
