Updated over a week ago

Automated signing helps in moving documents from preparation to signature with far less manual work. It saves time, makes the signing process efficient, and removes errors. This automation feature is available exclusively for the project module.

Follow the steps below to automate SubHub Signing:

Step 1: From the main menu, go to “Manage Database” and select “Database” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Click “Additional” and select “Automations” from the dropdown.

Step 3: Click the “Add” button.

Step 4: Provide a “Title” for the automation. Click "Next".

Step 5: Select “Project” from the available modules. Click "Next".

Step 6: Select the preferred job type. For this example, we have selected “Solar”. Click "Start Now!".

Step 7: Click “Add Start Trigger(s)”.

Step 8: Select a trigger from the list.

Step 9: Click the “+" sign above "Automation Ends Here”.

Step 10: Select “Sign Via SCH” from the list of actions.

Step 11: Select the preferred document template and click “Save”.

Step 12: Once the automation is saved, it will show on the interface.
