The “Arrivy Task” tab in the project details page brings all Arrivy task-related information into one place, including synced tasks from Arrivy, site survey photos, question URLs, and the task type field (TDR/MPU). With Arrivy integration, tasks created in Arrivy automatically sync to SubcontractorHub, giving you a complete view of task lists and details within the project. This helps teams stay aligned, access critical field data instantly, and manage tasks more efficiently without switching between platforms.
Your customer experience manager can enable Arrivy for your organization. Please contact your CXM to get Arrivy access.
Follow the steps below to view Arrivy tasks.
Step 1: Click “Manage Projects” and select “Projects” from the dropdown.
Step 2: Choose the preferred project from the list.
Step 3: Click the “Arrivy Task” tab.
Step 4: You will be able to view details like start date and time, along with status, assignee, notes, task types, URL leading to site survey photos and questions, and task type fields.
