How to Enable Customer-Facing Proposal Notes

Customer-facing notes allow sales reps to add notes to a proposal that are meant specifically for the customer. Once enabled by the organization admin, these notes can be added in the proposal builder. They will appear on the public proposal and also carry over to the project if the proposal is marked Closed Won and converted into a project.

Follow the steps below to enable customer-facing notes for your organization.

Step 1: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page and select “Settings”.

Step 2: Go to the “Public Proposal” section and click the “Edit” icon.

Step 3: Enable the “Show Customer Facing Notes” setting.

Step 4: Click “Update” to save your changes.

The Customer Facing Notes tab will now appear in the proposal builder.
