How to Send Work Order Emails?

Once the customer experience manager enables work order notifications and adds the required email addresses, notification emails can be automatically sent with just a few clicks. This helps improve communication, keeps the right teams informed, and makes work order coordination faster and more organized.

Follow the steps below to send work order emails.

Step 1: Click “Manage Projects” and select “Projects” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Select the preferred project from the list.

Step 3: Click the “Sch Send An Offer” button on the project details page.

Step 4: Fill the mandatory details like Offer to, Offer Amount, and Installation Completion Date. Click “Send” to complete the process.

Step 5: The specific mails selected by the customer experience manager will receive mail with all important details. This mail is also sent when a new project or change order is created.

Step 6: Once the offer is sent, you will also have the option to retract the offer by clicking the “Retract Sch Offer” button.
