Step 1

Upon onboarding with EasyQuote, you (the organization) receive a Google Drive link to upload documents and contracts.

Step 2

Subsequently, these documents are organized and uploaded to DocuSign according to the specified template.

Step 3

The EasyQuote team utilizes the DocuSign ID, and name to map the documents and synchronize their data within the platform.

The following steps outline the process of mapping the documents to set up your contracts for E-signing.

Follow the steps below to set up contractsStep 1:Locate “Database” on the Dashboard and click “Additional”Step 2:Select “Document Template”Step 3:Click “Create” on the top right cornerStep 4:Add the name, DocuSign ID, and State and fill up the necessary fields on the pageAdditional Information:When you choose the "Default" option from the state list, all states will be assigned the same document template.
