What You'll Need

Follow the steps below to add an ambassador program.

Step 1:Click on the profile in the top right corner, then select “Organization”.

Step 2:Click on the “Ambassador” tab.

Step 3:Go to the “Ambassador Setting” section and click on the edit icon in the right corner.

Step 4:Toggle “Become An Ambassador” on.

Step 5:To add an energy advisor button to the ambassador program page, toggle “Energy Advisor Button” on.

Step 6:Click on “Create New Energy Advisor” to add an energy advisor.

Step 7:Input the name and email address of the advisor and click “Save”.

Step 8:Alternatively, click on “Pick from Subhub Users”.

This option will become available after you integrate your organization with SubcontractorHub.

Problem	Solution
I don't see this option	Make sure you have Admin access. Some features require specific permissions.
Changes aren't saving	Try refreshing your browser and make sure you clicked Save before navigating away.
Something looks different from the screenshots	SubcontractorHub updates regularly. The feature works the same way — the layout may just look slightly different.
Widget not appearing on website	Check that the embed code is placed correctly in your website's HTML. Clear your browser cache and refresh.
