Quick Setup
To activate POS Integration, contact support.
Once enabled, the POS interface appears on your Shopify POS device.
Customer Lookup
Find customers by:
Email address | Type customer's email |
Phone number | Type customer's phone |
QR code scan | Scan their Wallet Pass |
When you find a customer, you'll see:
Store credit balance | Available credits to spend |
Loyalty points | Current points balance |
Membership status | Active, paused, cancelled |
VIP tier | Their current tier level |
QR Code Scanning
Customer opens their Wallet app on their phone
Staff scans the QR code on their pass
Customer info appears on the POS screen
Apply benefits to the purchase
Note: Customer must have Wallet Pass enabled for QR scanning to work.
In-Store Redemption
After looking up a customer, you can:
Apply store credits - Reduce the purchase total with their credit balance
Apply member discounts - Use their VIP tier discount
Award loyalty points - Points earned from in-store purchases
Troubleshooting
Can't scan QR codes?
Ensure Wallet Pass is enabled for your store. Check that the scanner is compatible with your POS device. Verify the customer's pass is active.
Customer not found?
Check the spelling of their email or phone number. Verify the customer has an account in your store. Try an alternate lookup method.
Points not awarding for in-store purchases?
Verify your loyalty program is configured to include all order types, not just online orders.
