Dashboard Overview
Your command center for managing subscriptions - see key metrics at a glance, access all features, and monitor your subscription business.
Getting to the Dashboard
Open Subscribfy from your Shopify admin. The dashboard is the first page you see.
Quick Actions
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find shortcuts to the main features:
Membership | Create and manage membership tiers with perks like discounts and free shipping |
Product Subscription | Set up Subscribe & Save for your products |
Click Edit Membership or Add Product to get started.
Key Metrics
The dashboard shows 6 key performance indicators:
Active Memberships | Total number of active membership subscriptions |
Active Subscriptions | Total number of active product subscriptions |
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) | Predicted monthly revenue from all active subscriptions |
Total Charged | Total amount collected from all subscription payments |
First Time Order Revenue | Revenue from customers' first subscription orders |
Subscribers Charged | Number of successful subscription charges |
Tip: Click any metric card to go to detailed Analytics.
Subscriptions Chart
Below the metrics, you'll see a chart showing subscription activity over time.
Use the date picker to change the time period
Click View Analytics for more detailed reports

Status Banners
The dashboard may show important notices:
Sync in progress | The app is syncing with your Shopify store. Wait for it to complete. |
Trial version | You're on the trial plan. Select a paid plan when ready. |
Payment gateway warning | Your store needs a compatible payment gateway for subscriptions. |
Update available | A new version of the app is available. |
