What is Connectif?
Connectif is a marketing automation platform that helps e-commerce brands create personalized customer experiences across email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
With this integration, Subscribfy automatically sends membership events to Connectif, allowing you to:

How to Set Up
Step 1: Get Your Connectif API Key
Log in to your Connectif account
Go to Settings → Integrations → API
Copy your API Key
Step 2: Connect in Subscribfy
Go to Subscribfy → Integrations
Find Connectif and click the toggle to enable
Enter your Connectif API Key
Click Save
Events Sent to Connectif
Subscribfy automatically sends these events to Connectif when membership activity occurs:

Event Properties
Each event includes these properties you can use in your Connectif workflows:

Welcome New Members
The goal: Send a welcome email when someone joins
In Connectif, create a new Workflow
Set trigger: new-subscription event
Add email action: "Welcome to the club! Your membership is now active."
Win Back Cancelled Members
The goal: Re-engage members who cancelled
In Connectif, create a new Workflow
Set trigger: cancelled-subscription event
Add delay: 7 days
Add email: "We miss you! Rejoin today and get 10% off."
Include: subscribfy-membership-link to make rejoining easy
Re-engage Paused Members
The goal: Encourage paused members to reactivate
In Connectif, create a new Workflow
Set trigger: subscription-paused event
Add delay: 14 days
Add email: "Ready to come back? Your membership is waiting."
Recover Failed Payments
The goal: Get members to update their payment method
In Connectif, create a new Workflow
Set trigger: failed-charge event
Add email: "Your membership payment failed. Update your card to continue."

Troubleshooting
Events not appearing in Connectif?
Verify your API key is correct. Check that the integration is enabled (toggle is ON). Confirm your Connectif account has API access enabled.
Only some events are working?
Make sure you have membership features enabled in Subscribfy. Events only fire when membership activity occurs.
Wrong customer data in Connectif?
Events are matched by email address. Ensure customer emails are consistent between Shopify and Connectif.
