The process is quick and easy. To inform us of a change, you simply need to contact our support team by following these steps:
Log in to your sunday dashboard.
Click on the pink chat bubble icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Send a message to our team explaining that you need to update your floor plan.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:
Your new floor plan (a PDF, image, table numbers ).
The date when the new floor plan will be effective.
Any specific QR code changes (for example, "The QR code from old table 12 is now on new table 25").
Our support team will then handle the update and let you know as soon as it's complete.
