The « Another Round Upsell » feature allows guests using an open bill to reorder items they have already ordered before paying, including drinks and food.

When a guest has already ordered a drink, they may see an “Another round?” prompt and reorder another round with one tap.

By clicking this prompt, guests can reorder exactly what they previously ordered or add other items. For example, they can reorder a beer and add fries to their order.

Note : The feature is available only if you use Hybrid. Hybrid allows your guests to order from a QR code during the meal, reorder items when needed, and pay their bill in one go at the end.

You can enable or disable the feature from your merchant dashboard:

Menu management → Upsells → Reordering modal

You can change the menu categories offered at any time by clicking Edit content in the Reordering modal section.

​Note : You can select any menu category, not just drinks, such as food or sides.

By giving your guests the option to easily reorder drinks or food while their bill is still open, you can increase the number of items per bill and generate additional revenue.
