How you get the payments that are taken by sunday

Updated over a week ago

Explanation:

When you created your sunday account, you were also asked to create a Stripe Connect account. This is our trusted partner that allows us to transfer income received via sunday to your bank account.

The transfers you receive from us are standard SEPA bank transfers. They are paid to you on a daily basis and arrive in your bank account on D+2 working days under the description *sunday*.

Transfers are initiated individually per Stripe account setup. For example, if you have two sunday locations, you will receive two sunday deposits per day.

For the US: Each day is batched at 4:00AM EST. of the following day.

You can check the status of your stripe payouts by visiting your sunday dashboard

  1. Navigate to the accounting tab

  2. Navigate to payouts

  3. Review the 'Transfer Arrival' column and 'Status'

Each batch includes a full days payout from 4am to 4am

Payout Example :

You will receive the transfer corresponding to your Tuesday service on Thursday of the same week. You will find an explanatory diagram below. In addition, you will receive on Wednesday, the transfers of Saturday, Sunday and Monday via a single transfer.

Commissions:

These transfers are net of commissions. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice summarizing all the transfers made during the month.
