The easiest way for guests to give feedback

The integrated review feature allows you to get instant feedback before guests are out the door! It’s zero extra effort for them and a guaranteed way for you to get detailed comments.

Here’s how it works for guests:

Once diners have completed their payment and are immediately prompted to leave a star rating, from 1-5. More sunday payments = more ratings

Those that had a great time will be prompted to leave a review on your chosen platform. You’ll quickly see the number of positive reviews skyrocket 🚀

Those that had a less-than-perfect time will be prompted to leave more qualitative feedback and be asked to provide their contact information.

If they do leave their contact information, you'll be able to contact them directly through your sunday dashboard.

Leaving a review immediately after paying is effortless for guests, who may otherwise only take the time to post on Google for a really poor experience. Getting diners to pay through sunday is a guaranteed way to get more feedback. What you do with it is entirely up to you!
