2. What payment methods do you accept for the subscription?

Payments will be processed securely through Stripe.
3. When will I be billed for my subscription?
Billing depends on the plan you select:
Monthly Subscription: You will be billed every 30 days.
Annual Subscription: You will be billed once a year.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
4. Do you offer refunds for subscription payments?
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. However, if you encounter issues accessing your account or if there is an error with your subscription, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. What if I need help logging in?
Go to www.supercast.com and click on Log In.
Then sign in with the email you used to create your Supercast account.
If you’re still having trouble, contact our support team at support@supercast.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
6. Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
Subscriptions are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who signed up for the service. If you would like to give someone access, we recommend gifting them a subscription.
7. What should I do if I encounter technical issues with my subscription?
If you experience any technical difficulties with accessing your subscription or using the premium features, please contact our customer support team at support@supercast.com. We’ll respond to your inquiry within 48-72 hours and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
8. Can I update my payment information or billing address?
Yes! You can update your payment information or billing address at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Manage Subscription section. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
