Discord Integration Troubleshooting

Has this person already set up their Supercast account?
We will need them to have set up their account and password information
They will need to be logged into their account to have the Discord permission link work appropriately
They can join either through the Welcome Email, Subscriber Dashboard or through the link that Ryan generates for the creator:
