If you're having trouble logging in, you can obtain a unique login link that will allow you to directly access your Supertripper account without having to enter your credentials.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on the link "Having trouble logging in?"
Enter the email address associated with your Supertripper account
Click on the "Magic link" button
Step 5: go to your professional email inbox
Open the email from Supertripper containing the unique login link that was sent to you
Click on the "Log in" button
You will then be redirected directly to your Supertripper account.
☝️ Note: logging in with a temporary link is a provisional solution. For long-term secure access, we recommend resetting your password.

🧐 Please note: if you don't receive the password reset email for your Supertripper account or the temporary login link, there could be several reasons:
It may have gone to your spam folder.
Your Supertripper account has been deactivated. In this case, please contact the administrator(s) of your company's Supertripper account. As a reminder, Supertripper teams are not authorized to create profiles for employees without prior agreement from your company's account administrators.

The email address you entered is not the one associated with your Supertripper account.
In this case, make the request again, making sure to enter the correct email address for your Supertripper account.
It could be a bug on the platform.
