What to do if I can no longer log in to Supertripper?

Resolving a login issue on the platform.

If you're experiencing difficulties logging into the platform, you have two options:

โ˜๏ธ Note: logging in with a temporary link is a temporary solution. For long-term secure access, we recommend resetting your password.

๐Ÿง Please note: if you don't receive the email to reset your Supertripper account password or to log in via a temporary link, there could be several reasons:

  • It may have gone to your spam folder.

  • Your Supertripper account has been deactivated. In this case, please contact the administrator(s) of your company's Supertripper account. As a reminder, Supertripper teams are not authorized to create profiles for employees without prior agreement from your company's account administrators.

  • The email address you entered is not the one associated with your Supertripper account.
    โ€‹In this case, make the request again, making sure to enter the correct email address for your Supertripper account.

  • It could be a bug on the platform.
    โ€‹In this case, please contact the Supertripper support team at support@supertripper.com
