If you have lost your password, or if you are unable to log in to the Supertripper platform, you have the option to easily reset it.
Click on the link "Having trouble logging in?"
Enter the email address associated with your Supertripper account
Click on the "Reset" button
Go to your professional email inbox
Open the reset request email that was sent to you.
Click on the "Change your password" button
You will then be redirected to your account's password reset page.
Enter a new password in the "Password" field
Enter it a second time in the "Confirm your password" field.
Click on the "Save" button
🟠 Note: your password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
🧐 Please note: if you do not receive the password reset email for your Supertripper account or the login via a temporary link, there could be several reasons:
It may have gone to your spam folder.
Your Supertripper account has been deactivated. In this case, please contact the administrator(s) of your company's Supertripper account. As a reminder, Supertripper teams are not authorized to create profiles for employees without prior agreement from your company's account administrators.

The email address you entered is not the one associated with your Supertripper account.
In this case, make the request again, making sure to enter the correct email address for your Supertripper account.
It could be a bug on the platform.
