Why is a booking request no longer available in a cart on Supertripper?

My booking request or the booking request I was supposed to validate has disappeared from the cart. What should I do?

A travel service can be removed from the cart for two reasons:

  • Either the service is no longer available from the providers (hotels, airlines, railway companies, etc.)

  • Or the service was not booked or validated in time by a manager configured on the traveler’s account. Indeed, a cart automatically expires after 48 hours.

🧐 Please note: the administrator(s) of the company's Supertripper account can also approve or reject booking requests for all travelers and managers linked to the company's account.
