How to create a "manager" profile responsible for approving or rejecting "traveler" booking requests on Supertripper?

Configure a "manager" validator role, responsible for approving or rejecting booking requests from travelers on the platform.

On Supertripper, the "manager" role can have 2 main functions:

  • approve or reject booking requests from one or more travelers. In this case, it is referred to as the "validator manager" role

  • organize business trips for one or more travelers. In this case, it is referred to as the "travel manager" role

☝️ Note: a user with a "manager" role can also have both roles (booking + validation

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the "Users" tab

  3. Click on the "Add a user" button

  4. Fill in the requested information

  5. In the dropdown menu of the "Roles" field, click on "Manager"

  6. In the "Authorizations" section, check the boxes "Can validate in-policy bookings" and/or "Can validate off-policy bookings"

  7. Click on the "Save" button

☝️ Note: if a "manager" does not have a dedicated team, he/she is by default the manager of all users linked to the company's Supertripper account.

🧐 Note: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" role on the platform (or "manager" or "accountant" with the "Can add a collaborator" authorization activated).

💡 Tip: remember to go to the "Notifications" section to check the type of notifications regarding other travelers' bookings that will be sent to them by email.
