Who can validate or refuse a booking request from a traveler on Supertripper?

The roles that can approve or reject a traveler's booking request on the platform.

Updated over 3 months ago

👉 In certain cases, individual traveler bookings may be subject to approval:

  • when an approval workflow is set up on the Supertripper platform

  • when a traveler wishes to book a travel service that does not meet the criteria of the travel policy assigned to him

As a reminder, a traveler's booking request can only be approved or refused by:

  • their manager(s) on the platform

  • the administrator(s) of the company's Supertripper account

🟠 Note: for a booking involving travelers under the supervision of different managers, each manager receives a notification when a booking request is made. If one of the managers approves this request, the booking is automatically validated for all concerned travelers.

For more clarity in the booking processes, find the following information at the level of each booking in the cart:

  • the name(s) of the traveler(s)

  • the name of the person who made the booking request

In the "Bookings" tab, you will also find this information, in addition to the name of the person who validated the booking.

📌 To find out how to know the names of managers/administrators who can approve a traveler's booking requests, please consult the following article.

💡 Tip: assign at least 2 managers per traveler, in case the first one cannot access the platform (vacation, travel, etc.). Users with the “manager” role can also temporarily delegate their booking validation rights for the travelers under their responsibility to another manager.
