Why are bookings subject to manage approval on Supertripper?

Understand the validation process configured on the platform.

Updated over 4 months ago

In the context of booking travel services, a validation process corresponds to an approval process for a traveler's booking requests by a manager/approver.

On Supertripper, when bookings are subject to approval:

➡️ Either, a validation process has been configured from the company's Supertripper account. In this case, all booking requests will be checked and approved (or rejected) by a manager/approver.

➡️ Or, one or more travel services (booking tickets, hotel rooms, etc.) appear as "Out of policy" on the Supertripper platform. In these cases, all travel services that do not comply with the travel policy must be approved/rejected by a manager/approver.

📌 To understand what an "Out of policy" service is, please consult the following article.

🧐 Note: The administrator(s) of the company's Supertripper account can also approve or reject booking requests for all travelers and managers linked to the company's account.
