What to do if my train has been cancelled by SNCF?

Knowing how to react in case of a train cancellation by SNCF.

If SNCF has cancelled your train, due to a strike for example, you have two options:

👉 Scenario 1:

The original date and time of your train departure have not yet passed. In this case, you can obtain a full refund for your ticket by cancelling your train directly on the platform.

👉 Scenario 2:

The original date and time of your train departure have passed. In this case, you cannot obtain a full refund for your ticket by cancelling your train directly on the platform. Please contact our travel agents, who will handle the cancellation of your train without any fees.

🟠 Note: It is essential to cancel your train reservation, even if SNCF has cancelled your train.
